Bringing out the grain for a fine finish
Flexible fibre roller brushes remove wood chip and dust surfaces of components, panels and worktops prior to bonding or lamination. Circular abrasive brushes soften edges and condition untreated surfaces in preparation for final coating whilst more aggressive filling materials roughen surfaces to create graining and surface textures.
The strength and flexibility of natural fibre brushes supports cloth backed abrasive strips in contour sanding and conditions surfaces to remove anything that can contaminate the final coating process.
Sanding and dust containment
Strip brushes not only dust surfaces before and after coating, but also provide dust containment around router heads, vacuum and sander heads.
