Drill hole cleaning steel brush is an important part for chemical anchor installation. It is commonly used with a blow off pump. After drilling, using the appropriate size brush, insert the brush into the bottom of the hole using a twist / twist and push / pull motion to remove additional dust and debris. Clean the drilled holes properly to ensure that both the chemical anchor and the rods, rods, bolts and screws are working well to provide high bond strength. How to install chemical anchor?
1. Drill the specific size and depth of the hole. 2. Clean the dust with a brush and an air pump. 3. Press the unmixed resin that cannot be used. 4. Inject the mixed resin into the drilled hole and fill it from the bottom. 5. Insert the rebar / threaded rod / steel strip. Cure time refers to TDS. Do not touch until completely healed. The installation process will affect the bonding performance of the chemical anchors.
