Station Brush are placed into empty tooling stations on the turret.It also known as Dummy Dies or Die Spacers. That brush help keep out waste from the production process that could accumulate and damage the tooling. They are installed in die stations in the lower turret. These station brushes help prevent an extremely thin sheet from drooping. Station Brush also help prevent scratching of material and possible jamming situations.
