By flexible the pitch between each coil, a wide range of brush densities is possible. Basing on the each circle center distance also call pitch, from very dense close-wound spiral brushes, to progressively less dense more open wound spiral brushes.
A complete assembly pre-mounted on a core with journals for the Dampening Spiral Brushes is possible.That type of brush can be wounded directly onto a shaft, wound on a customer’s core or shaft, or as replacement coils for in-house installation.
