When shipments come or go by truck from a warehouse, the truck backs up to the dock for loading or unloading. The height of the dock does not always match the height of the truck bed. In such cases, an adjustable dock plate is used to connect the two..
The dock plate is typically built into the floor of the facility and there are gaps on the sides and ends. Dock leveler seal brushes close up any gaps around the plate mechanism. This helps to:
- Eliminate light and odors from escaping the facility
- Keep pests out (birds, rodents, insects)
- Seal out elements such as wind, rain, and snow
- Seal out dust and debris
- Sunlight barrier for door and dock seals

Strip Brush Holders
